Torch is building a Smart Access Routing reporting model for our customer, a leading South African financial service provider of short-term insurers, long-term insurer, health insurance as well as insurance and personal finance comparison platforms. The model will be reusable and provide the customer with the ability to model various routing options across several Telecoms providers and provide a business case to motivate changes.
