As we all know, there can be a lot of hurry up and wait in business. That’s why it’s always a pleasure when things can be resolved super-fast for one of Torch’s long-time Customers. In this case a request to redo 3 months of cost allocations with the added requirement to include a special lockdown related cost centre, and getting payment approval of the subsequent invoice… all within 24-hours. That’s how it’s done!

Contract Extension and New Scope

We are very happy to announce that the largest retailer of building materials and associated products throughout South Africa has extended our Administrative Outsource service for a further 12 months. This is thanks to the outstanding work the Torch Services team continues to deliver, well done team!

In addition, we have been awarded a new Savings Initiative project which will drive further cost savings for our Customer.
