Torch has signed our third Solutioneering contract with a long-term customer who are the largest retailer of building materials and associated products throughout South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Swaziland, Malawi and Zambia.
Torch was tasked with examining their internal processes and identifying where Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can be implemented. We have determined a set of process that can be combined into one with RPA as a test case for the customer.
