Lockdown Data Rush

As many of you no doubt experienced, there was a huge rush to get everyone data ready in order to work from home before the lockdown. This, coupled with the usual end of month data requests, created a huge surge in the number of tickets Support@Torch processed. In fact, our March service tickets were almost double those received in February, with most of those being received in the last week of March.

Well done to the team for getting those sorted!

After a long and concerted effort on behalf of our customer, a leading South African manufacturer of chlorine, caustic soda and chlor-alkali derivatives, their fixed data carrier has finally implemented the new fixed data pricing for two links.

Customer Journey Surveys

Last year Torch announced a Solutioneers™ contract award with an offeror of comprehensive financial solutions that include bond pre-approvals, home loans, short-term insurance, life insurance and more, to do customer journey mapping.

This has now been completed and the customer journey for three streams have been mapped and customer surveys distributed. Customer responses are already being received.
