Torch secures Telecom Expense and Managed Service audit for international supplier of industrial gases related to products offered to the steel, automotive & fabrication, food & beverage, mining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and glass industries.

It offers us the opportunity to provide excellent services to another top quality company with expansion plans into AMEI (Africa, Middle-east, India). The scope of this Torch Audit is all expenditure, consumption numbers, and proposals relating to the Mobile Voice and Data contracts.
Torch sets 40% Customer Savings target
Torch has identified a 40% reduction opportunity in the annual Telecoms spend related to fixed voice lines for the largest aluminium extruder and supplier in Africa.
After the successful conclusion of the Torch Telecom Expense Audit, Torch has been given the go-ahead to implement optimisation of surplus fixed voice lines and infrastructure across 20 locations throughout RSA.

Torch awarded Data and Fixed Voice Clean-up Contract
Torch secured a contract with a diversified global wood fibre company providing dissolving wood pulp, specialities and packaging papers, printing and writing papers, and biomaterials and biochemical across more than 150 countries.
The Torch contract includes contract negotiation and administrative clean-up functions, expected to yield over R 100 000 of savings for our Customer.

Torch negotiates R 840 000 saving for a leading international security solutions group, and largest provider of integrated security solutions in South Africa.
Torch has successfully negotiated improved commercial terms related to our Customer mobile voice and data contracts. Torch started negotiations with the related vendors early 2018 which were concluded earlier this year, the results of which have now been realised.
Torch commends the vendors for the positive approach they took during the extended negation period.
