Our Consulting Team

Our Management Consulting team delivers measurable results to enterprises by reducing and optimising Torch Customer spend across the telecom estate. Our experienced Management Consultants interact with a varied audience, including Finance, Procurement, and IT professionals, in both Operational and Executive capacities.

Excellent presentation skills and confidence are a must for successful candidates. We look for movers and shakers who keep the promises they make, and aren’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to take ownership of managing and implementing their projects to full completion.

A four-year bachelor’s degree in commerce, science or engineering is preferable, with five years’ experience working in customer facing, project implementation or relationship managing roles. Previous people leadership experience is advantageous.

Our Services Team

The Managed Services team delivers measurable results by managing the assets and spend across the telecoms estate. Our Services Consultants are more than just service centre agents; they are diverse, intelligent people who proactively solve big business problems before they arise, and can assist individuals with their frustrations and requests making them feel heard and allaying their concerns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence are a must for successful candidates. We look for perfectionists and systematic thinkers who keep the promises they make and aren’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to solve the problems their customers have.

A four-year bachelor’s degree in arts or commerce is preferable, with two years’ work experience in customer service, project implementation or data capture.

Our DevOps team

Our DevOps team is responsible for fulfilling business requirements; either by producing software using various packages and technologies, providing insights through analytics, or automating repeatable and rules-based tasks. All of these efforts rely on a steady stream of data that we extract, transform and load.

Our DevOps team is high-trust and high responsibility, with flexibility being key to the way we work. We have a shared passion for finding value that exceeds customer expectations and we enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The Telecom and IT industries are ever-changing, and a desire for constant learning, education and out the box thinking is key to success in this team.

We build our in-house technology (TorchLight®), maintain the service desk technology, and run an agile development and production environment. Our DevOps ninjas mostly use Java and SQL, as well as data visualisation tools like Qlikview, Excel, and iReports to get the job done.

A four-year bachelor’s degree is preferable, with five years working in a team with a competency in at least one of our technologies is essential.
